The structure of Ubuntu is Revealing Itself.

Naturally.

Self organizing as the organic concept it is, caring and supportive, generous and kind. Re-enlivening all repressed aspects of our humanity. We repressed these human aspects to favour commerce. MONEY. Now it is no longer a responsibility, it is our right, our only choice for a return to health, to express these truly human natures.

I so enjoy following HIDDEN ORIGINS on Gaia.com. Recently I watched an Episode 1 of Season 2 which begins to teach us more deeply about the philosophy of UBUNTU and how we can ‘create a world without money’.

I loved the comment at the end from a woman who said we don’t have to ‘have it all solved right now’.  She hit it !

That is the basic difference between our current philosophy of commerce and UBUNTU.

When we trust in the essence of the UBUNTU process the revelation of structure emerges. The natural way we do things that work for humanity is then revisited. It has been nearly forgotten. The hospitality and humanity we afford each other is born from our natural desire to be treated with dignity and respect.

Our basic natural beautiful human qualities are eroded into submission under MONEY with its tyrannous gaze.The fear based world of money with it’s arbitrary values, trends and rules, is disrespectful and undignified. Each day money is limiting human creativity and quality of life.

All humanity is of inherent value. All contributions, all skills, all talents, all humans. Being allowed to contribute to community affords humans mental, physical and emotional health. Being a contributor with your many skills affords ‘one to many exchanges’, unlike a commercial ‘one to one’ exchange. Just as an apple tree creates not one, but many apple trees.

The beautiful part of a Contributing Community is the natural self organizing that will grow as people create new ways to relate to each other through the recognition of each others talents and abilities to contribute. In this environment human values would reign and not the commercial values we now labour under.

Imagine the power to structure your community while enjoying all the abundance we now lack. We can get more, not less, with out money. Education would be based on the human essence of desire and interest. The teaching done on the spot. Who knows what things we will create given the freedom and resources to do so.

Just as green grass grows up through the old dead grass from last season, we can create a world without money to bypass and avoid the world of money. People do all the work and money does nothing. WE can do it. All it takes is a radical reevaluation of all our so called values. We can change our minds about how and what we value as a community.

An idea I always get when driving by a huge coulee valley here in Saskatchewan, is a massive hydroponics plant with earth housing into the sides of the coulee. The glassed over structure would be enormous. I see the children being the managers/workers here from age 12 to 18. This is the high school, growing food in a magnificent hothouse for reams of people.

Each person would leave there knowing how food production works. Now that’s an education and a life skill. The rest of us get the abundance of free fresh organic nutritious food. Sounds better than compulsory military. Compulsory Greenhouse.

The old way tells us Structure must come before Essence, that all potential problems must be thought of and solved before any action can occur.
