The Real You (it’s not your body)

The Vedic understanding of the ‘connectivity of living entities’ helps humans ( the Bhakta or practitioner of yoga) to understand the difference between the ‘body’ and the ‘living entity’.

This is important.

If one only identifies with the body, or the material nature of this reality, one is then essentially ‘dead’ to the ‘living entity’ they are in truth.

The pure nature of the ‘living entity’ is realized only in union with God, the source, the supreme being (Brahman/Krishna). Through a personal platform of transcendental divine loving service. Loving service mirrors the essential nature of the greater Universal reality which tends towards LOVE and not fear.

So what is your ‘living entity’ ? I say it is your full Armour of God, your Auric Energy Field. This field is composed of your spiritual garments or subtle bodies.

We don’t think much about these bodies however we are mostly inhabiting them. If we live only aware of our physical body we can become dead to the richness of spiritual awareness.

Think of 3 energy bodies encasing you, getting less dense with each layer. The first or physical body is most dense. The next Emotional body, then Mental body, finally the least dense Spiritual body. These 3 subtle bodies are you ‘living entity’ per se. They connect directly to your Soul and eternal nature.

Your bodies increase in frequency as they decrease in density. So to be functioning in your highest frequency, you need to be living fully in your Spiritual body. When I say ‘living fully’ I mean your responses are coming from that higher frequency. We can call it compassion.

We know ourselves to be reacting from our Emotional body or reacting from our Mental body when we are using sympathy and empathy instead of compassion. Emotional sympathy and mental empathy are where we can be manipulated and manipulate others. It is where toxic relationships breed and how the Cabal or Global Adversary controls humans.. Compassion from the spiritual is the healthiest form of response.

Becoming conscious of inhabiting your subtle bodies brings health and happiness as you create boundary containment and thus security within the self. Once this is achieved one tends to looked inward not outward for validation and peace.

“The Vedas teach that we are more than physical bodies operating according to the laws of physics and chemistry. We, the eternal conscious self (Atma), are inherently connected to the greater whole (ParamAtma), and this eternal inherent connection is totally transcendental to matter. All living entities (Atmas), having free will, are able to ignore this connection or recognize it. The Vedas teach us how to do both.”

Schrodinger wrote in his book Meine Weltansicht:

“This life of yours which you are living is not merely a piece of this entire existence, but in a certain sense the whole; only this whole is not so constituted that it can be surveyed in one single glance. This, as we know, is what the Brahmins [wise men or priests in the Vedic tradition] express in that sacred, mystic formula which is yet really so simple and so clear; tat tvam asi, this is you. Or, again, in such words as “I am in the east and the west, I am above and below, I am this entire world.”
